Agents obviously doesn't talk to each other and reply like I don't know what she told you but I just see there... without a confirming of the situation. So don't believe what one of them tells you because second one doesn't care ! One of the problem was they lost flat's documentation so first they tried to charge us for things we were not responsible for. In addition they sent for a check out a person who saw the flat for the first time.... Second problem was, that our check out agent(Kaity) repeatedly told us, that condition of sink will be confirmed with certified plumber because she wasn't sure if something is broken or not. But Hannah just took her note and immediately charged us without confirming if it is an issue or not. When I asked her if that item has been replaced, she replied 'no, because it is not necessary to replace yet'. Yes it wasn't necessary to replace because there was no issue, I lived there. In addition landlord should be responsible for a sink replacement, not us. I can say we haven't damaged it, but try to discuss it with Morgans, constantly unavailable (you can talk to just 1 agent which is assigned to that flat, it is not problem of the rest...). What pissed me most is the fact that same item cost 65pound, more expensive ones up to 120pounds, but they calculated our contribution 100pounds because according to them the new one costs around 380. Without any receipt, without no replacement or documentation they calculated cost to almost 380. I asked her for materials she used for her calculation, but without any response. And we had to pay 100� for an old used item, which cost 65� when it is new... Really eye-for-eye replacement. Pure stealing. Oh and of course, Hannah noticed us one day before the official deadline for deposit, so we had no chance to argue with her anymore. So she won. Morgans no more. They just try to get from you as much money as possible and keep you in stress for a long time.

Were lovely getting me into the place. Were rude and unprofessional when I was moving out. All they cared about was getting the next person in. What agent could do to change your mind?

Remember that your customers should be treated well during their entire contract and not just after move in.

Let's face it - letting agents and estate agents have a bad reputation. Some of it is probably unjustified and some of it is probably justified, so I tend to take each company as I find them and on their own merits - in the same way I do with all other service providers I come into contact with....
