I have been dealing with Crucible Lettings for 9 years, and I have never been as disappointed from then til now. Their service is absolutely dire! They committed a series of blunders that cost me money. Sometimes they admitted that it was unacceptable, but never once compensated me. They posted the wrong pictures on the adverts. We rented out our property for six months and received a grand total of £58 in rent. Most of the money went to Crucible's own maintenance dept including £400 for a plastic shower tray. Shame I didn't see their reviews ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
