Possibly the worst agency to rent from. On paper and online they look the part but they are truly unable to stick to their word. Where do i start: Point to be done to the property which they AGREED to do before i moved in wasn't done upon moving in. Typical, making promises to get tenant to sign and then 'forget' to do them. When i requested for them to do it, they refused. Especially Andrea, who seems confident but i have never seen such a incompetent 'manager'. It baffles me how they would even put her in a management position whilst being so unable to do her job. Even with the proof in front of her with HER work colleagues confirming that which i am saying, she still refused arrogantly and quotes that 'legally' she is right. Little does she know, she's 'legally' wrong and too embarrassed to admit it. To sum up, the worst agency on this side of the country. They are money hungry and don't know anything of customer service.
