I have been dealing with Crucible Lettings for 9 years, and I have never been as disappointed from then til now. Their service is absolutely dire! I have been letting through Crucible the past 7 years, and I have never been as disappointed. The property is in such a nice spot, the only reason we are still here. Having used Crucible in the past, I was more than satisfied with the service I received. Which is more than can be said for numerous other agents with a somewhat more unprofessional approach. Awful agent, do not use them, I wish I had seen the other reviews before I did I wouldn't have. I agree 1p is too much to pay them, they tell lies, are rude, don't return calls, are amateur and unprofessional. Don't use them, if you do.....buyer beware!! We rented out our property for six months and received a grand total of £58 in rent. Most of the money went to Crucible's own maintenance dept including £400 for a plastic shower tray. Shame I didn't see their reviews... Read Full Review
