Absolutely shocking really disappointed!! Gutted we thought kelham island would be brilliant it’s been really bad experience We are behind all the time due to the parking support in the area. Took 6 weeks to get any information After struggling to get in touch we then received multiple parking tickets in that time which keeps us constantly behind we got told when first moved in 3 years ago we would get restaurant voucher never happened free 6 months at gym never happened - that’s fine things changed due to Covid We then moved into a small one while they organised the final stages of the new build - so we moved into a small flat still paid throughout Covid never missed a payment it was never said to us when it would be ready we saw people moving into the block of flats we wanted that’s fine we then moved into the main flat we originally wanted Shocking!! Absolutely shocking regarding the parking and support - we have then said we will pay! Then took 6 weeks to then change the price to extra Due to the parking tickets that we’ve had living in this area due to the over built in the area close too 15 tickets we are having to leave work early to get on the tribunals DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE IN KELHAM ISLAND !!! Especially with crucible lettings the 3 good things - the standard of the flats - the internet speed - 1 star for the maintenance guy tony brilliant always helps when he can!
