I spent 2half months chasing a property and at end of my exchange date of contact this company pulled out. I could understand if there was a offer made before my 28days of completion due to a repossessed house Not only that even the last date I ran around just to get the uunderwriter from bank to change 1 paper yet shot me down yet they told me first person of completion I have asked 5house estate agent to tel me ccruciblewere wrong in how they dealt with me. Dont know what part was PROFESSIONAL more like very un professional very miss leading information Lack of customer service Relationship Even first month when I was over bidden abd the sale never we throw I was the second person to give them the highest amount but never got back in touch and had put the house on for wel less amount to what I was told. Even the branch manager who came out to show the property never gave correct details 1st n 2nd time around . As first time buyer I was treated very un fair which Im lost my fees that I have paid because of this company having no principle or customer skills yet cliam on adds they act very professional
