They committed a series of blunders that cost me money. Sometimes they admitted that it was unacceptable, but never once compensated me. They posted the wrong pictures on the adverts. They proceeded with unnecessary work, without authorisation. I still had to pay for it. They allowed junk to pile up in outbuildings without keeping any sort of control. I have to pay to have that removed. They refused to acknowledge damage, saying that it had always been like that. A bigger bunch of cowboys, I have never met. Awful!
