A great experience from start to finish. My situation was far from straight forward but Ashley and his team made it stress free and gave me back my credibility at the same time, thanks... Read Full Review

Do not ever use this company! It's been nearly 2 months since we've left the property and still haven't received our deposit back. We have been lied to constantly saying it has been returned and to wait for it to go in the bank. Shockingly it hasn't. Had the usual lie again today and the next step... Read Full Review

We rented a house from Fulfords and will never touch them again with a barge pole. The fees were massive, the details of fees kept changing so that we had to make sure everything was confirmed in writing by email. We needed things fixing in the property and it took 5 months for any response,... Read Full Review

My deposit was returned to me within 4 days and I then handed it back ready for the next let. I can only speak of the team now and they... Read Full Review

[[EDIT ORIGINAL START]] Vile rude women. Luckily for me I have just moved to a new property and away from this awful lettings company! The two women mentioned above on separate occasions stole money out of my account. Karen took over two months rent from my account and refused to pay it back. As... Read Full Review

16 Nov 2015Your comments couldn't be further from the truth. As a company we must have both landlord and tenant in agreement before a deposit can be processed. Property management were doing their jobs albeit...

It took 10 days from when I placed my property with Fulfords for them to upload the details onto their own and other websites. After persistent chasing I was told this was due to computer 'uploading problems' and that it was only with my property, not with others. They do not use newspaper... Read Full Review
Could have kept more on top of the problem - it appeared to go for several days at the beginning before I allerted them to the problem. Then keeping me informed of progress more.
