incompetent, frustrating to deal with and incredibly patronising, Unable to follow basic requests and appear to dislike any form of challenge to their property marketing approach. Went to view a property marketed by the Frost Partnership today on Arthur Road, Windsor after traveling from Ealing. Went to view a property marketed by the Frost Partnership today on Arthur Road, Windsor after traveling from Ealing. I arrived 45 minutes early and called the agent to confirm the viewing. 30 minutes later I was called and told that an offer had been accepted and the property was now sold. 1). There was no intention of meeting me at the property and it completely wasted my time 2) If I was selling the property and I had two prospecting buyers in the Market i would be looking for the best offer. Something that that Frost Partnership sales team didn't have the patience to test today. I would never buy with an agent that wasn't respectful of time nor sell with an agent that wasn't willing to do the due diligence to get me the best offer possible.

We have just sold our property using Frosts in Windsor and wanted to take a moment to publically thanks Chris, Sarah & Denise for the exceptional service that they offered. We shortlisted them from a group of 4 quotes as we were impressed by the factual, straight-talking approach that they offered. There was no estate agent flannel and their word was kept at all times. All viewings were personally accompanied by an agent who always turned up 15 mins before the prospective buyer which was not par for the course in our own buying experience. The photos done for our brochure were truly exceptional and no doubt helped to put the property in the best light. Finally our conveyancing became a little complicated and they always went above and beyond in providing a service to deal with all of the many variables as we approached exchange. I would thoroughly recommend the whole team at Frosts for a job well done!

Rented a property from them several years ago. They were acting on a Let Only basis and so were not managing the tenancy or collecting rent, but the dealings we had with them were a six period is just so professional and pleasant... Read Full Review
