I would throughly recommend Bridges Farnham who have managed the property sale in a professional and efficient way. My contacts Aaron Milligan and Jayne Gaskin have been very helpful in arranging viewings and once a buyer found undertaking all the necessary arrangements with both parties Solicitors. Both have always been available to speak to and have provided me with regular weekly updates.

We were very happy with the service provided by Bridges. Aaron provided a very personalized service prior to our house going under offer. He was our main point of contact and conducted all the viewings himself, resulting in him really knowing our house and our moving situation. He communicated well and regularly with us and kept us fully informed with viewing feedback and selling opportunities throughout the process. Once the house went under offer Nikki took over as the main point of contact and provided a similarly personal service. She liaised with the other parties in the moving chain and kept us informed of progress as well as answering numerous queries and questions with unfailing good humour.

Nikki was outstanding. We had several difficult issues during the transaction and each time Nikki remained very calm, empathetic, proffesional and extremely hard working. Nikki was outstanding. We had several difficult issues during the transaction and each time Nikki remained very calm, empathetic, proffesional and extremely hard working.
