From the moment we met Ben Granville i knew we would be in safe hands. The whole team were professional and efficient from the start of our journey until the day we sold our property . We always felt that the team were working as a team to help us sell our house.
There were bumps along the way but when one of the chain lost their buyer Ben had viewers round within hours .
Hayley Levy kept in constant contact with all in the chain and their solicitors and drove the whole chain to completion, when issues came up Hayley was on top of the situation immediately, never giving up until it had been resolved .
I would always recommend this amazing team, they take their role seriously and looked after us as if we were family. Trust them, they will do an amazing job at selling your property but also trying to make it as stress free as possible .

Firstly Kevin Winchester successfully negotiated a good price with a good buyer. Checks followed on the buyer's financial background and their offer was accepted. Our buyer had *LOTS* of questions, many of them repetitive as it seemed she was unable to listen and take in any information either informally, verbally or through the solicitor. Jayne did a BRILLIANT job of filtering the questions - and being there for me to let off steam when I said I have told them the answer to that question at least 4 times, or the answer to that question can be found in the Property Information I expect I would have told the buyer to stuff it had it not been for Jayne's patience!

Agent fees are a hard one as if you have an easy sale you do wonder what you pay them for. In my case my sale wasn't plain sailing and I had my photo's re-done etc. I do think the fees are high but they are also there as an driver for them to sell your house which they did.

Jayne was there to walk me through every step of the process on mail and on the phone. She kept me updated and answered my emails quickly and professionally and nothing was too much bother. So nice to deal with someone who knows what they are doing and who's positive energy come across on the phone and on emails.
The service was great from start to finish 10/10.

Jayne was amazing. We had some difficult situations in our chain, including problems with PurpleBricks and she was always on the ball, chasing everybody up and making sure that everybody was talking- which in many cases none of that was happening without her. I am extremely thankful for the work she put in as she was the main factor our chain finally exchanged

Excellent friendly and very helpful, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Kept us fully informed at all times and negotiated our sale price to exactly what we wanted. All round 11 out of 10. Made it very easy to get documents uploaded and again was never to busy to keep us informed or deal with our numerous calls chasing exchange dates etc. Would definitely recommend for everything and also the conveyancing service we use through them was second to none and very easy to deal with.
