We owe a huge thank you to everyone at Bridges involved in our house sale. Jayne in particular kept the whole process running smoothly and kept us involved at every stage. Despite this particular sale being somewhat stressful for us for several reasons, we were also controlling it from many miles away. Bridges were amazing, very thorough and really did ease the stress in what was a rather unusual and difficult sales situation. Thank you.

I have been so impressed with the service I received from Bridges Ash Vale, and prior to that when I was renting my property through the Aldershot branch. All the staff have been very helpful and professional in all my dealing, I have been particularly impressed with Mark and the fact he kept in regular contact with information and progress updates, it was really helpful. I would recommend unreservedly.

Whilst we were satisfied with the marketing and viewings of our property the team at Bridges really were outstanding when it came to the sales progression element once we had accepted an offer. Our transaction was not entirely straightforward due to us instructing solicitors who turned out to be abysmal but Jo Hodgson and Alan Deering worked tirelessly to help us get to completion. They really went above and beyond what we expected of them and were proactive and responsive and did all they could to help to minimise the stress. We only wish that we'd had them on "our side" on our purchase too. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys, couldn't have done it without you!!

From the first moment we viewed the property with Richard we have found the staff at Bridges to be very helpful. Richard showed us the property on both the first and second viewing and knew when to stand back or approach us to offer more information. He answered questions in an honest manner or found the answers if he didn't know them. At the point of offer Bridges were very quick to respond to us, let us know the situation and guide us in our next move. As first time buyers we found this especially helpful. The after sales combination of Alan and Jo have also been very helpful despite us making some specific requests. Jo has been exceptional in keeping us up to date with the legal situation (often more helpful than our own solicitor). If we were ever to sell I believe that based on this experience we would approach Bridges to represent our property.

Dominic ensured with his team that we had a consistently professional service. They were highly responsive especially towards the end of the sale when constant attention was needed to ensure the securing of the sale. They managed our particular requirements too with viewings around two large dogs - not the easiest keeping the dogs contained. The feedback we received from Dominic and Luke after viewings was constructive and helpful and Dominic gave us honest, market appraisals enabling us to take more of an aggressive stance, without underselling our house, at exactly the right time. From accepting the offer to exchange of contracts was only 2 weeks and six days. Quite remarkable and this was down to both Dominic's and Luke's tenacity. Thank you!

I found the entire service from the inital valuation through to exchange, very professional and fast. Their recommendation of Simply Conveyancing on the legal side was superb. They provided quick and honest feedback on all viewings and even arranged 3 viewings for us on the first day we put the house on the market! followed by 3 offers in ten days. I found their approach reassuringly consultative and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. In fact we bought the property we just sold through them 7 years ago. I dealt with several of their staff over the course of the sale and found them all friendly and helpful. Very impressive indeed.
