I bought my house in March 2023 based on 5 promises, all of which Barratt Homes have repeatedly failed to deliver on: 1 - "...the latest water and energy saving appliances as standard" The Zanussi dishwasher was outdated. becareful of buying any barratt home as many are subject to these fraudulent estate charge. They build an estate an often keep a small parcel of land on the estate (often the size of the land is a garden) they then create a deed that sign your freehold house to paying exorbitant fee for looking...
