Barratt Development is worse builders on market. Do not purchase any property built by Barratt! becareful of buying any barratt home as many are subject to these fraudulent estate charge. They build an estate an often keep a small parcel of land on the estate (often the size of the land is a garden) they then create a deed that sign your freehold house to paying exorbitant fee for looking ... Please please do not give your money to these thieves. We moved into our home in July 2017 and we have had problem after problem. The customer service team are rude and unhelpful. Barratts are horrendous. I have a 4 bed house and I park the second car in front of my OWN drive and they keep giving me parking tickets!! What agent could do to change your mind?
I didnt pay any fees and my rent is £145 a week and if you ask me the flat isn't worth that and should only be £90 to a £100 a week and no more as very poor standard of build

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
