I am very un happy with Barratt homes and there staff as they haven't got a clue how to build a property to a 100% standard and I'm not the only person on this estate that is having problems and Geoff Cole is in charge and when meeting him he had no clue what he was talking about and ordered wrong parts for workmen to do there job and that's bad business and I have made loads of complaints and not one of them has been dealt with right and I would advise anyone never to buy anything from Barratt homes aa they are rubbish and they don't care about safty or the public either as this site was an accident waiting to happen and what can I say about a clean site like they bang on about but that's rubbish as this site was not clean and a safe site it was a complete mess and builder not wearing hi vis and on scaffolding with no hard hat and shirts off. Working on Sundays at 8am waking people up which is against the law but Barratt homes don't care about that as long as they are lining there pockets with cash and well what can I say about office staff well they are very rude and don't do work when they tell you and even one lady at office told me to piss off on the telephone and I was shocked and when complaint nothing done about it well that don't surprise me
