Barratt Development is worse builders on market. Do not purchase any property built by Barratt! They are under investigation by CMA (Governement) for misleading consumers and writing leases that ONLY benefit them. Ground rent doubles every few years! Do not fall for fake reviews you read on here. I have a Flat built by these scammers that I cannot sell or remortgage due to terms of lease. ONLY Developer now that has refused to remove ground rent. Stay away or you will regret. They hand over all properties to FirstPort managing agents. One google will give you answer to all the malicious praticies by this company!
