Since we moved in we have had problems with Sandersons. On our moving in day someone was meant to come and take an itinerary of what was broken/dirty etc. They never showed up so the day was wasted. On the day they did show up we were shown how the bathroom was a state the kitchen wasn't clean the fitments were broken the dishwasher was broken and the taps didn't work. 6 months later after constant contact the taps were changed. A year later our dishwasher is still broken yet we are being charged for the call out fees. We spent weeks without a fridge freezer when it broke but they never sent the contractor to replace it. The 'gated community' we live in is a gate thats permanently broken. Now it has come to nearing the end of our contract we were asked to extend but at a higher rent price and to pay for the dishwasher. Neadless to say we are looking elsewhere.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Fixed the problems with the property before we moved in. Not increased the rent when we had been left in awful conditions for a year. Been polite. Not had people let themselves into our property without permission twice in a month.

Sales side very good. Once passed over to the Progression Team it all ends rather messy I am afraid. Had a cash buyer who had been checked to be so. Turned out they wasn't. I have asked this team to sell my property and after 8 weeks they told me of 3 viewings and that the feedback were that my property was too nice for investment purposes. Sandersons UK are a unprofessional, dishonest and poor excuse for a company. They are driven by nothing but pure greed and will employ any tactics to screw their customers for a few extra pounds.
