I have asked this team to sell my property and after 8 weeks they told me of 3 viewings and that the feedback were that my property was too nice for investment purposes. I was told in the 9th week that there was a viewing at 12.30pm. I wated until 1pm in the flat and they didn't show up.I went up to their office and I stood outside and called the office on my mobile to ask for some feedback from the viewing. I was told that the person who did the viewing is not yet back from the viewing (jenny). I immediately push the office door and went inside. To my surprise Jenny was sitting at her desk. She turned red and was speechless. She tried to tell me that she only just got back and was on the phone hence why I was told she was not back yet. My suspicion arose when sanderson told me the week before that the potential buyer didn't show up hence no viewing. Again on the Saturday Jenny informed me that another potential buyer didn't show up and again on Thursday she tried to give me the same story. I was so upset that I took my key immediately. I was even told tht my notice period was 3 weeks when in effect it was 7 days. I have asked for my property to be removed from their website. Less than 24hrs later it was removed. I find sanderson to be dishonest and lack of transparency. I would not use them again and neither would I recommend them to anyone. Please do not let them lie to you and do not pay them for doing nothing, remember that you are paying them so let them work for their money.
