Sandersons agency colluded against us with our landlord to falsely accuse us of 18k in damages. They stole our deposit, and threatened us with legal action and completely ignored the terms of the contract and refused to answer our emails. Agent demands 1-month rent down to start process of referencing and if this raises a problem, they will take monies from this holding deposit to 'compensate' them! They also charge a several hundred admin fee above what other agencies... Read Full Review
