Dreadful service. Very Poor communication. Actually they did not successfully sell my property, between May and November 2012, Sales fell through repeatedly as my Besley Hill representative put forward unsuitable potential purchasers. This was apparently done without financial verification, as one buyer was unable to secure the necessary mortgage. My calls were frequently not returned, and on the 3rd occasion that a sale fell through, they didn't even call to let me know! I found out when I called them. I was not made aware of how many viewings were taking place, and when I phoned to complain to the manager, he simply was not interested in hearing about the problems I had experienced. He made no commitment to look into the issues I raised, and no attempt to make ammends nor to restore my confidence in the company. Luckily I decided to switch to RA Bennett, and the service was fantastic. Great communication, weekly updates, lots of viewings arranged and the house sold within a couple of weeks, for a higher price than the offers that my Besley Hill representative was encouraging me to accept.
