I highly recommend Besley Hill Dursley, all the employees are extremely helpful and professional, in particular Saskia and Ashley. I would defintely use these agents in the future. Everyone comments on how stressful moving house is, however with Saskia and Ashley any problems incurred were swiftly dealt with in a professional unbiased manner. Thank you Besley Hill Dursley.

Dreadful service. Very Poor communication. Actually they did not successfully sell my property, between May and November 2012, Sales fell through repeatedly as my Besley Hill representative put forward unsuitable potential purchasers. This was apparently done without financial... Read Full Review
Decent communication, regular updates and returning customer\'s call Vetting of potential purchasers to ensure financial viability Responsive manager- following up customer concerns and complaints Also switching staff when necessary- our rep had an accident on a viewing at the house - she pulled off the knocker on the letter box when trying to slam the door- which led to nasty injuries. She hated visiting the house after that- and it was obvious .... not only to me but to prospective buyers. Her attitude to the house was obvious when she told me I should accept a (low) offer, as \"it will be horrible coming up here for viewings over the winter\"... so it\'s no surprise she didn\'t sell this house!
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
