House was sold relativly quickly. However, communication was very poor, left messages which were not returned. When there was a problem with completion day as they had not confirmed the buyers mortgage they were not at all helpful and quite agressive in their dealings with us the client. Did not... What agent could do to change your mind?
Answered messages left quickly and not expect us to keep phoning them. Realise the the seller is thier client and paying their fee so make sure that the mortgage set up by the buyer is Use thier experence properly on completion day and not be agressive to the seller.
