House was sold relativly quickly. However, communication was very poor, left messages which were not returned. When there was a problem with completion day as they had not confirmed the buyers mortgage they were not at all helpful and quite agressive in their dealings with us the client. Did not feel that they were justified in their fee and found them unprofessional at the end. Would n ot use them again or recommend them.
Answered messages left quickly and not expect us to keep phoning them. Realise the the seller is thier client and paying their fee so make sure that the mortgage set up by the buyer is Use thier experence properly on completion day and not be agressive to the seller.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
