ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE - avoid them if possible. What agent could do to change your mind?
Been less rude, listened to what I had to say, been more understanding that not everyone associated with the university is the same, had a number or email to which I can complain: it\'s more then possible this was one rude employee but they made no effort to help me find that out.
