ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE - avoid them if possible. I have never received such an appalling service in my life from start to finish of our tenancy - not one time were we called to update us even when they received our references back and we had a move in date, then it took us 8 weeks (and still going) to get out of our tenancy and they are not in line with the my deposit scheme. They actually managed to advise us five days later that we are out of our tenancy which I have never experienced in my life. The only person within the company that can do their job properly is Danni who in all honesty is the only person who has been of any assistance the entire time.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Been less rude, listened to what I had to say, been more understanding that not everyone associated with the university is the same, had a number or email to which I can complain: it\'s more then possible this was one rude employee but they made no effort to help me find that out.
