I am very unhappy with Indigo lettings. They do not leave us in peace to get on with things, we are a clean/tidy quiet couple but they constantly need access to the property, and unwilling to re-arrange if the time does not suit, even if you make an effort to be flexible and accommodating. They will book a property visit and then turn up on an unexpected day as they have 'got the date wrong' or they do not turn up at all as they 'confused us with another property.' They have e-mailed me from personal g-mail accounts with no indigo signage chasing for rent money (very unprofessional) that I have already paid. Some of their staff are rude. The site of an Indigo e-mail now gets me hot and flustered as I know its not going to be anything straight forward. They loose e-mails you send them, they take 18 months to follow up on something that is broken even though they assured me it would be resolved very quickly when I moved in. I hate having a property through Indigo but unfortunately I love my house, will be very sad if Indigo cant get their act together as we may have to move because of their appalling customer services. Avoid renting a property through Indigo if you can, the site of their logo fills me with dread

I was very pleased with the effort Sam put into keeping me updates, arranging appointments, and working to try to get a sale. However, on having agreed a price and a sale with the vendor, another agent WITH THE SAME ESTATE AGENT, albeit a different branch, gazumped me on behalf of a buy to let... Read Full Review
Agents working in competition with each other and gazumping different branches doesn\'t give me any confidence in buying a house with them. I deal is a deal, even a verbal agreement, and should be honoured by the entire company, not just one branch.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
