We viewed the house we bought with Rob and then when he went on vacation we dealt with Michelle, who we never actually got to meet.
Rob was great, and Michelle was fantastic throughout the whole process. She was helpful, responded swiftly to any emails/calls. Her manner and tone were always spot on and she gave valuable advise when we asked for information. Her knowledge of the industry and the process' was excellent.
We were both very happy dealing with Michelle and are disappointed that we never got to meet her.
