My house has been on the market with this company since November 2013. In this time I have had 4 viewings ......this was because the manager reduced the asking price by £30000, which he assures me would generate offers of at least £20000 more !!!! I immediately told him to put the property back to its original asking price. I received feedback from 2 of these viewings after ringing the branch repeatedly. Their customer service is abysmal. AVOID if you want to sell your house.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Kept me informed as requested. Made more of an effort. Been more polite.

29 Mar 2014Have you ever thought that perhaps you haven't sold your property because you have the price too high? Maybe that's why they asked you to lower it... to help you sell it.

I had my property sold by bridgfords and they ripped me off. Their overall fees worked out at 3.5% of the final selling price. I think the above speaks volumes. What they did is illegal. We do not have expendable Income!
