We wanted to a propert there was another interested. Buyer (an investor a regular buyer with them) he had put in several low offers we only had the chance to put in one offer but it was a serious on and we thought the winning bid as advised the level by estate agent. The agent should have informed us there was another offer going in from the investor so we had the chance of Best and Final, --- they did not . They should have advised their client of our serious interest and allowed dialogue - they did not . They should have served their vendor better and allowed free enterprise, the investor put in 4 offer 3 rejected we put in one and were ever given the option to rebid on the same day! They did not communicate with us we chased them ! The junior member of staff was brilliant but unavailable and did not make the final decisions very poorly managed !

They provided us with an inventory that was wholly incorrect and I had to spend a whole day listing ... Read Full Review
Manners cost nothing - politeness over the telephone is a must and many in the office require re-training at bridgfords. They believe their client to be the landlord, which is a misnoma. Both tenant and landlord are their client and they should treat them with equal respect.

I was shocked to find out about the contract. It held me in with Bridgefords for 26 weeks, and even after that they wanted commission on the sale if another estate agent sold it and they had introduced the same person (introduced meant giving details out on phone, by hand etc). I would never get... Read Full Review
