Booked in for a valuation of our property. Took time off work. Was reconfirmed by a member of the branch in Alderley Edge 30mins after booking it. Day comes for valuation and they don't turn up. Really poor service. Initially the property was marketed by the Wilmslow branch, and was first sold STC just prior to lockdown 1.
