We met Samantha when buying a property in Marple Bridge.
The staff generally were honest, friendly and had our interest at heart.
Samantha gave us professional service, she was prompt in her responses and at accommodating our visits. She reassured us as necessary and was very patient with our enquiries. The whole process has changed a great deal since we last bought a house.
Sam is fun too which helps to lighten the pressure. Thank you

I had my property sold by bridgfords and they ripped me off. Their overall fees worked out at 3.5% of the final selling price. I had my property sold by bridgfords and they ripped me off. Their overall fees worked out at 3.5% of the final selling price. Convinced me to sell at below the asking price and said I wouldn't get any more in the current climate. Grabbed my fee although I was out of contract - only in due to the fact they found me a buyer. These companies scaremonger and try to get as much money out of you as possible and provide a very poor service. They sent people to the property at incorrect times for viewings also sent people who had no ability to buy the property. Created a fixed fee and did not care what price we received for the property. They seemed on the sellers side in the way they conducted themselves and wanted their gain and not ours (their client). Awful company and companies like this shouldn't exist. Never ever use these as your agent. Look for a more local company with your interests at heart.

My house has been on the market with this company since November 2013. In this time I have had 4 viewings ......this was because the manager reduced the asking price by £30000, which he assures me would generate offers of at least £20000 more !!!! My house has been on the market with this company since November 2013. In this time I have had 4 viewings ......this was because the manager reduced the asking price by £30000, which he assures me would generate offers of at least £20000 more !!!! I immediately told him to put the property back to its original asking price. I received feedback from 2 of these viewings after ringing the branch repeatedly. Their customer service is abysmal. AVOID if you want to sell your house.

I think the above speaks volumes. What they did is illegal. We do not have expendable Income!
