I registered with pretty much all agents in Bath, and only Chappell and Matthews called me regulary to update me on what was coming available. They listened to my requirements and also gave me so much information on Bath, that no other agent offered. i took a property which was exactly what i was looking for and was kept updated with the paperwork and references etc. I have now been in my new home for 3 months and I am a very happy tenant! if there are any problems I wouldn't hesitate to contact them and confident it will get sorted with minimal disruption to me. Would definitely use again and would recommend.
