Chappell and Matthews started marketing my property after no success in letting through another Bath agent, they were very professional from the start and kept me up to date with market trends and with what viewings they were doing, and the feedback. They let it very quickly and have sorted out any maintenance issues efficiently and at minimal disruption to the. Tenants and minimal cost for me! Would highly recommend

Initial experience positive, photos good and marketed quickly..all too get you on books...things turned bad quickly...promise of buyers looking to buy house similar to ours never came to fruition. Chappell and Matthews, Thornbury branch Estate Agent placed a property onto the market which they did not know what they were selling i.e boundary, where the land did not belong to the seller.
