As with all the other reviews below, my experience is uncannily comparable to an episode of White Collar, except with Homer Simpson (playing Philip Andrews) starring as lead character. I definitely corroborate all the descriptions deeming them unprofessional, incompetent, smug, unreliable, etc. At the end of the day, I was left without an apartment, a large empty space in my wallet where an excited £300 was anxious to earn its worth, and a shaken confidence in my ability to spot and deal with a conman. Despite multiple attempts to reunite my lonely wallet with its £300, Philly Philip Andrews continues to cowardly hide behind the support of his sheepish, yet endearingly maternal, staff. Yes, I am aware they are male, but oh how gently they rock that cosy cradle from where Philly proudly holds up banners citing the fine print of his bogus clauses. Very well played, Philly. I don't want to publicly unveil your secret to business success, but I will hint at that it's not so much in what you do say, but rather in what you don't say, ever, in any of the emails that you never replied to, unless you wanted money of course. I really admire how you have managed to employ this cunning strategy across your entire business model by never returning phone calls, never being available to take them in the first place, and having your staff sell, so well, the story that you do not own a mobile phone and are therefore unreachable except by email which, well, we've already been through that.
