The viewing I went to with Philip Andrews was farcical. As with all the other reviews below, my experience is uncannily comparable to an episode of White Collar, except with Homer Simpson (playing Philip Andrews) starring as lead character. First of all you secure the rental property with admin charges of £240 and thats the biggest scam, we had to chase up our own references, set up our own bills which they told us they would and they couldnt tell us who our electric provider were.
