The viewing I went to with Philip Andrews was farcical. He was 10 mins late, didn't even know what flat I wanted to see prior to his arrival and almost let himself into the flat of some poor tenant who wasn't dressed! First of all you secure the rental property with admin charges of £240 and thats the biggest scam, we had to chase up our own references, set up our own bills which they told us they would and they couldnt tell us who our electric provider were. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
