The viewing I went to with Philip Andrews was farcical. He was 10 mins late, didn't even know what flat I wanted to see prior to his arrival and almost let himself into the flat of some poor tenant who wasn't dressed! When I asked for the energy rating of the property it was as if I had asked the most ridiculous question.. Stating that 'no one would know the answer to that but if you really have to know then I suppose I will look it up'. Not so much of an ask really.. Every other agent I have dealt with had been able to tell me this information! All in all I felt there was absolutely no customer service and was very unprofessional.
