I can only say stay away from these people. I was buying a property through them and was given false information on three occasions. Firstly I was told that the current occupier was paying a rental 20% higher than they actually were and then, when asking if certain information relating to the safety of the electricity and gas and to the windows was available, I was told it had been given to my lawyers. None of this was true. I was also told that the current owner insisted I had to exchange contracts by a certain date or they would pull out. My lawyers checked with the vendors lawyers, who informed them that this was not the case at all. It was just another way of putting pressure on me to get the deal done without verifying the real facts.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
