This morning i received another letter that im fined 30 pounds and that the landlord has been notified about the delay in paying rent. In all honesty i don't think its right that i get fined especially that i have been e mailing bridgford to give me the details i should pass to the bank to pay the rent by e-mail. Not to mention that i had already filled a debit card form to allow rent to be automatically taken from my account monthly . Did they loose it ? They never answer the e mails and they never answer the phone. And the excuse is always the same . They are short of staff. This is not my fault . And i never had to deal with people who are so unproffessional in their responses and so slow to answer back . But mind you they were quick to get the contract signed but thats about it . i am a professional eye doctor that i have never by far been accused of being late in paying rent ..since 2009 ! I even wanted to leave the flat because of how much my e-mails are being ignored. I was promised pillows that i saw on veiwing and on taking the keys was told i will get them next day. a month later they finally said .. We wont be able to replace those ! After a month! I asked about council tax .. Three times ...still no answer . I changed the home insurance and asked for the new one to be looked at to confirm weather or not it covers the correct details ..again..a month ago ...still no answer . But hey ..they are probably short of staff. So they have their reasons for never answering. P.s i tried calling them again just now ..and surprise surprise ..no answer

If the staff and branch manager were less belligerent, less accusatory, more helpful and actually solved problems that are their responsiblity rather than blame the tenant for them then we would have had no problems.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
