I really can't state how bad the Exmouth Fulfords branch really were, at one stage they hadnot inspected my property two years in which time the tenant wrecked the place. The lettings managers and assistants never seemed to last at the branch more than a few months and were completely out of the depth, it was mistake after mistake and at the last check there hadn't been a Branch manager, Lettings manager or assistant manager in Exmouth a few months, the Dawlish branch an hour away were looking after the properties. They have offered me a £100 goodwill gesture which will not be accepted, an insult to my integrity. I really don't want anyone to go through what I have been through so please steer clear. I will be blogging my experience on fulfordsincompetence.co.uk and countrywideincompetence.co.uk
