Generally very quick to sort out problems. Some issues usually related to drains and overflows that are more difficult to sort out tend to go on longer.

The rent has gone up but we don’t see the repairs to show for it - garden fence has been on your list of repairs since 2018 and the wood is rotten. Also the hall could do with an update and more care around the external areas of the property.
