Apart from a few mistakes like sending boilerplate messages specific questions or situations, or sending incorrect information regarding contracts that may not have been their fault, the communication from staff member Paige has been timely, relevant, and helpful.
I feel that Paige is doing their best to help us in a system that is often unhelpful or cheap, so sometimes Paige's actions go unnoticed as the rest of the system fails to act. Following up on inquires and more quality control could potentially help resolve some systematic issues.

Paige has been a wonderful property manager us. She has organised many repairs our flat in a quick and effective manner. Paige is polite and professional, shows care her lettees, and is clearly a hardworking individual who is an absolute credit to the touchstone team. She clearly displays understanding and empathy, and works hard to ensure we are okay. I adore communicating with her and will choose to speak to Paige whenever I have an issue. Problems have been adress quickly and I have rarely been questioned or asked extra evidence and so these requests have been very resonable.
Compunction has been good from the agency.
Issues do regularly only receive partial solutions or jobs are left 80% finished. This might be the quality of contracts being hired, resource available or communication issues but issues are generally solved with a 'quick as possible, slapdash approach.
All things considered though an immediate mostly fixed is much better than never fixing or taking months like has occurred in the past.
