Paige has been a really good property manager - dealt with a lot of things swiftly both my property and the shared areas. I’ve lived at the property 18 years and she is by far the easiest to contact, quickest to reply and offers genuine helpful solutions.
Comments on Agent Fees
The rent has gone up but we don’t see the repairs to show for it - garden fence has been on your list of repairs since 2018 and the wood is rotten. Also the hall could do with an update and more care around the external areas of the property.
