Our experience with Johns & Co throughout our tenancy was deeply disappointing and far below the standard expected . Despite reporting multiple urgent maintenance issues (blocked sink, nonfunctional lighting, persistent toilet faults that led to flooding, and healthrelated concerns with items left in the property) these problems were repeatedly ignored months. Requests that were clearly part of the tenancy obligations went unfulfilled, communication from the agency was slow, inconsistent, and often required multiple followups. At times, we were even charged extra items that were never provided or replaced. What made the situation even more frustrating was the clear contrast in responsiveness depending on what suited the agency. While essential maintenance remained unresolved extended periods, we were contacted frequently and persistently when the agency wanted us to renew the tenancy.

I am compelled to write this having just moved out of a property. Some of Johns and Co's practices are not only underhanded but illegal.
