I rarely leave reviews however the sales team has helped me throughout the entire process, from using the right mortgage broker, to picking the most efficient solicitor and have been absolute stars from start to finish

Ivan and Paulo was extremely helpful with the letting of my property in city Island.
Was having consistent problems with deliveries and Paulo went the extra mile to ensure there was no problems with delivery access on site.

Well, I think the fees are a little bit higher than anyone would generally prepare to pay, but I have little experience renting 'professionally' in London, so maybe that's why it's a shock (considering that the contract doesn't vary a lot from person to person). I do think that the inventory costs should be shared with the Landlord if they are not already, since it's in the best interests of both parties. Otherwise, it is what it is! I paid for high quality service.

Paulo Machado was the estate agent who helped me find the flat that I liked and was very communicative and supportive. He even went to check out my apartment and take pictures when I was traveling and was unable to come in person.
Overall, super great service and am going to be happy with the apartment!

The application process went smoothly and every step was explained well, no surprises there. He was very helpful and friendly and I never felt unsure what is happening with my application. Fees were told upfront, only forgot to mention the induction cost for using the facilities (gym). Great service and would highly recommend him

The worst thing about them is the lack of qualified staff and knowledgable back ground they have, the property managers are beyond useless. Money is taken from you and not given back, its a battle to get any issue sorted.

There are plenty of other agency's at Royal Wharf, any of which will be 10x better than Johns and co.

Do not use this agency for any kind of service.
Me and my wife moved to London and wanted to rent an apartment in Royal wharf. We selected an apartment posted by Johns&Co and what happened next was unbelievable and unheard of. We could have taken them to court if we had the time. It was a traumatizing experience for my wife especially.
We deposited the 500 pounds to take the apartment off the market and begin the referencing. After about a week of the deposit, the referencing went through (Goodlord) and we were ready to sign the contract and move in our new apartment(we had just moved to the UK and were staying at a friends place) when suddenly we were told by the agency that the landlord's mortgage didn't go through?!?! HOW COULD YOU ADVERTISE AND ACCEPT A RENT DEPOSIT ON A FLAT WHICH HASN'T BEEN EVEN SOLD YET?
Out of desperation as we were homeless and my wife's job was starting in a few days (she is a doctor at NHS) we were told that they would find another apartment in the building and we agreed to wait and didn't ask to get refunded.
Long story short, they kept delaying and delaying, lying to us constantly, telling us that the flat is being furnished for us etc, and finally one fine day they tell us the flat is Not available, leaving us in the dark again.
We finally went to another agent and got the flat booked and moved in 2 days. The whole process with Johns&co took 1 month and they held on to our deposit all this time, kept lying to us and never got the flat they promised.
I was surprised they refunded my 500 pounds back. I expected them to keep the money because they are con artists
