⚠️ Avoid this agency at all costs ⚠️ They are nothing but money looters. I was handed a house in a filthy, unacceptable state — dirty carpets, stained bathroom, oven grill left with old French fries, cupboards full of the previous tenants’ utensils, a broken dishwasher that never worked, and even a sofa full of animal fur under the cushions. The windows, floors, and garden were also neglected. I immediately reported all this within 24 hours of moving in, and their response was simply that the landlord “did not wish to proceed with further cleaning.” I had no choice but to spend £400 of my own money on a professional clean just to make the place liveable. Now, after I left the house in a far better condition than I received it, they have the audacity to demand more money “cleaning.” This is beyond unfair — it is dishonest, exploitative, and shows exactly what this agency is about: squeezing money out of tenants things they themselves failed to do. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not trust this agency. They will take your money, cause you distress, and then try to blame you their own negligence.

I would give Leaders 0 stars if I could. I lived at 29 Russell Terrace in Leamington Spa. As a university student, Leaders have exploited us. They charged us over £30K worth of rent for the year.
