This estate agent keeps deleting negative reviews on Google. The Hornchurch branch are absolutely disgusting, they harassed a poor vulnerable woman who just lost her husband into selling her house without her even finding a place to move to. They told me they only deal with people who don't have a chain because its an easier transaction. Made full admission to me that they didn't care about the lady loosing her husband they only wanted a sale and dont care about people with a chain because they refuse to deal with them. They made the vendor pick a buyer without a chain having full influence on the sale even though I was the top offer, they made her pick within 3 days of the house being listed because as per their admission they didn't want the vendor to have time to re consider on the sale of her property. They had the audacity to ask me my final offer when I was the highest bidder without the offer being considered, in other words wanted me to out bid myself. I have contacted BBC Panorama because it's absolutely foul the way this estate agent is working and had behaved and to with also deleting negative reviews. It's a dishonest company it's prides itself on using and abusing vulnerable people, going against the Code of Practice.
