KFH is easily the worst company to use when looking a house to rent. Specifically, I've received 3 emails today alone from 3 different agents (Annabel Edwards, Faruk Idris, Shyanne Sheree), all sending me properties in the wrong area, price range and the rest. I've called up three times to tell them the spec, when I've had to use them to view a property I've liked on Rightmove. They tell me that they've amended my records and still send me this garbage. I've told them to delete me from their distribution lists, but every time an email comes from somebody with more rubbish. One of the properties I went to see that they'd advertised, they used very old pictures, and the agent who took me round admitted to never having seen the property and it being in worse condition than he could have imagined. I appreciated his honesty but why are they not viewing properties before assigning a price? I can still see the same property, with the same pictures and description on Rightmove so many people will end up going through the same process. The agent in question, Jay Aoun, actually called me afterwards to apologise again how bad it actually was. We want to rent a house, to then potentially buy a house. Both of those commissions they might have received, they won't be receiving. I wouldn't mind but I've been experiencing this since February. I can only imagine how terrible the service actually is you're on the other side too - aka, actually with a house looking to rent. They've shown no care or due diligence and not worth your money. I know this comes across quite hyperbolic, but having dealt with other agents in the area, such as Hawes & Co and Ellisons, I can truly say that KFH are quite literally the bottom rung and by a long way.

Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward, Earlsfield KFH have let and managed one of my Earlsfield properties for nearly 20 years. On the plus side, I have always found them - both lettings and management - to be professional, courteous, helpful and, mostly, effective. I have had a succession of... Read Full Review

Changing Management Agents from overseas was not an easy task and even with looming deadlines, at times I thought we would never get to the end of the paperwork, the emails, the forms. Luckily we had Caroline Basma on hand from KFH, 334 Garratt Lane, Earlsfield to guide us through the process.... Read Full Review
