I had the misfortune of working for them and see how they scam employees and clients, as well as total disregard for the health and safety of both staff and residents of the buildings they managed despite residents paying a fortune in service charges. Not only that, racism, bullying, and homophobia are tolerated at director level by the company and its top directors including Richard Benson and Gavin Owen. Through whistle blowing, I'd disclosed their fraudulent activities and malpractices to the relevant authorities and the media. Over the years, I'd collected dossiers about the malpractices of this company and I am the one they fear, because I am not just an outsider/another client, but an insider who have seen how corrupt this company is. Their buildings are filled with hazards which puts residents' lives in serious danger. Money collected from service charges goes into directors' and management's pockets rather than repairing or maintaining serious issues in the buildings including structural problems. Staff are scammed of their salaries and holiday entitlements by the directors, and if one complaints, they threaten and bully you. During business meetings, directors like Richard Benson and his management team scam residents and clients of their service charge payments and then have a standard response email template if they complaint about issues. Over the years, numerous government bodies and local councils have visited and investigated their sites, and issued them notices for poor compliance especially in regards to health and safety. They scam and have no regard for the lives of those under their duty of care. I would not recommend this company to anyone, because I've seen from the inside how they operate. What they represent themselves as to the outside world is not who they truly are.
