Intrusive, Unwelcome, Unethical. I have received unsolicited letters to my personal address with no prior request. For some reason KFH feel like they have the right to intrude on peoples privacy. Blanket marketing mail is an archaic practice used by desperate, unskilled shills. I would highly recommend avoiding using this company to list your house, as the tactics they employ to advertise would suggest they wont be very profession when managing your assets. 0 stars of 5 I could.

I can barely put into words how awful Madeline & KFH were to work with. She didn't return a single one of my calls or emails in two full months, failed to check that any parts of the contract were being upheld by the management company, and lied to me about everything being ready for move in....
