Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward, Earlsfield KFH have let and managed one of my Earlsfield properties for nearly 20 years. On the plus side, I have always found them - both lettings and management - to be professional, courteous, helpful and, mostly, effective. I have had a succession of managing agents to whom I have been able to talk to on a one-to-one basis as required. These agents have organised, for example: recurrent requirements (such as the legal necessity for electrical inspection); re-lettings (which they simplify and involve me only when key decisions are required); and , maintenance and repair contractors. I can see that they are fair to tenants and advocate for them (to me as the landlord) when necessary. On the less positive side, there is staff turnover and one regularly has to make the acquaintance of a new property manager. That said, they always hire good people and that never disrupts the standard of service. All-in-all, my experience is that if you are willing to pay for the service (which can be upwards of 15 percent), KFH are worth it.

KFH is easily the worst company to use when looking a house to rent. Specifically, I've received 3 emails today alone from 3 different agents (Annabel Edwards, Faruk Idris, Shyanne Sheree), all sending me properties in the wrong area, price range and the rest. We had numerous issues with the property we rented (boiler, shower, fixtures & fittings). When problems were reported KFH were rude on the phone and displayed a complete lack of urgency in fixing any problems! Never rent property through... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
